The team building game "Pancakes in the Forest" is a competitive, dynamic and fun activity that provides an extraordinary experience of teamwork. Regardless of your pancake making experience, this game will test your teamwork, creativity and speed.
The team is divided into two teams, each gets the necessary ingredients for making pancakes and heads into the forest. Instead of an electric stove, forest resources will be the source of fire for baking pancakes. Teams will have to quickly develop a strategy in order to make as many pancakes as quickly, as well as possible within the time limit of one hour.
After the time has expired, the pancakes will be presented to the jury members who will evaluate them according to quality and taste. The team with the most successfully made and delicious pancakes wins.
This dynamic, fun and creative game helps participants get to know each other better, connect and build a better relationship that will motivate them in further teamwork. The goal is not only to have fun, but also to strengthen team spirit and cooperation within the team.
